A cardiologist had a radical idea for reinventing hospice. While most hospice models are built on alleviating pain, he had created a treatment plan for serving people dying of heart failure (where pain, wasn’t the issue). We helped him pull together the necessary things to get the idea of the ground.
More than anything, he needed a realistic pro-forma to determine whether this idea was worth pursuing. Over the course of a few months, we created a multi-dimensional pro-forma that showed him not only that it would be profitable, but gave him the blueprint for how it should be operated.
We connected him with the investors he needed to move the idea to the next stage, and armed him with the pitch deck he needed to close the deal.
